Cancellation Policy

Maker’s Hub Release of Liability and Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnification Location: Maker’s Hub, 67 West St, STE 213, Brooklyn, 11222, NY By checking the box below, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk: I am aware of the risks associated with participating in the activities at Maker’s Hub and assume all risks, both foreseeable and unforeseeable. Property Responsibility: I understand that Maker’s Hub is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged valuables or property. Waiver of Claims: I agree not to institute any claims or legal action against Maker’s Hub for any claims released by this agreement. Indemnification: I agree to protect, defend, and indemnify Maker’s Hub, including its employees and owners, from any claims or expenses (including attorney fees and claims by third parties) related to my participation in the activities. Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes will be resolved in the federal or state courts located within Kings County. Eligibility: I confirm that I am signing this agreement freely, voluntarily, and competently, and I am at least eighteen (18) years of age.
